A Your Family Practice Patient Facilitator will make every effort to accommodate your requested GP and appointment time.

Your Family Practice medical staff have been trained in Triage and therefore will assess any situation for urgency.

Emergencies will always be given the highest priority and the staff will attempt to notify you if there is any unforeseen delay or if your GP has been called away.

If you require, a longer consultation is available, so please speak with the practice staff who will try to accommodate your needs.

Please ensure the practice always has your current contact details including any Emergency Contact you may have established.

HOURS of OPERATION

Your Family Practice hours of operation are:

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

As a courtesy to your doctor and to other patients, Your Family Practice requests that you contact us to give as much notice as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Three non-advised missed appointments may mean a request for you to attend another practice.

WAITING TIMES

Your Family Practice Doctors and Staff aim to provide the best quality medical care in the best possible environment. As such we strive to adhere to appointment times.

However, due to the unpredictable nature of health care, at times, lengthy waiting times may be experienced.

We thank you for your patience and understanding in such circumstances.

You are most welcome to contact us prior to your appointment to check on current waiting times.

If you have concerns over this or any other issue, you may address them with either your doctor or the Practice Management.
